Welcome to AIvirsa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AIvirsa website and services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you represent that you have read and agreed to these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not access the Service.

2. Use of Service and Conduct

  • Illegal or promote illegal acts.
  • Harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or libelous.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates this section.

3. Intellectual Property and Content

3.1. Ownership of Input and Output (Prompts)

You retain full ownership of all text, images, and other data you input into the Service ("Input") and all resulting prompts generated by the Service based on that Input ("Output").

3.2. License to AIvirsa

By submitting Input, you grant AIvirsa and its AI providers (such as Groq) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process your Input and Output solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and developing the Service.

4. AI Output Disclaimer and Liability

4.1. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY: The prompts and JSON structures generated by our Service are based on algorithms and models provided by third-party AI providers (e.g., Groq). AIvirsa does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, or quality of any Output.

4.2. USER RESPONSIBILITY: You acknowledge that the AI Output may be inaccurate, misleading, or offensive. You are solely responsible for verifying the Output before using it and for any consequences arising from its use. AIvirsa is not liable for any damages or losses related to the use of the Output.

5. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Google AdSense). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with any third-party links are solely at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AIvirsa makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
